Responsible for providing overall direction and support for the daily operation of the Office of Procurement and Contracting in the purchase of all supplies, services, equipment, and capital construction projects necessary for the operation of the College and directs and leads the inventory management team.
Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATIONANDEXPERIENCE A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field required.
For applicants with a Bachelor's degree:
A minimum of six years of procurement experience is required, to include relevant experience with RFP's and various contract types.
A minimum of four years' relevant supervisory experience is required.
Prior procurement experience in a higher educational setting is preferred.
Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Public Purchasing Officer (CPPO), Certified Public Purchasing Buyer (CPPB), Accredited Purchasing Practitioner (A.P.P.), or Certified Purchasing Card Professional (CPCP) certification is preferred.
For applicants with a Master's degree:

Physical capability to effectively use and operate various items of office related equipment, such as, but not limited to a, personal computer, calculator, copier, and fax machine. Climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and repetitive motions may be required to install, repair or troubleshoot AV-related technologies.
