1.  Pharmacy Manager – Morton Plant Hospital

Role Overview:
Lead the full scope of pharmacy operations at Morton Plant Hospital, a flagship 599-bed facility in Clearwater, Florida. This role oversees inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services (including infusion), clinical initiatives, regulatory compliance, and team development. You’ll collaborate with hospital leadership to drive innovation in medication safety, formulary management, and patient-centered care.

2. Pharmacy Manager – Supply Chain

Role Overview:
Based at the BayCare Integrated Service Center in Tampa, Florida, this role leads pharmacy supply chain strategy for 16-hospitals, including procurement, contracting, inventory optimization, and 340B program compliance. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with strong business acumen and a passion for operational excellence. The center also houses BayCare’s 503B pharmacy services, offering unique opportunities to innovate in centralized distribution.

3. Pharmacy Manager – Home Infusion
