About the Role

Hire & Fly is working with leading AI company seeking experienced Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Clerks to support a leading AI research lab developing next-generation machine learning systems. In this role, you’ll use your industry expertise to help diagnose and solve real-world logistics challenges, contributing directly to cutting-edge AI research. Work independently, remotely, and on your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear and detailed deliverables based on common tasks and issues within your professional domain.

• Review and provide feedback on peer-created materials to enhance AI research accuracy and relevance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations.

• Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.

• Self-directed, organized, and dependable with the ability to manage independent work effectively.

Contract Details

• Schedule: Flexible — approximately 30 hours per week, with the option to scale up to 40.

• Start Date: Immediate; project expected to last 3–4 weeks.

• Compensation: Hourly pay ($60–$75), paid weekly via Stripe Connect.

• Engagement Type: Independent contractor — full control over your schedule and methods.

Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Clerk (Contract, Remote) Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in shipping, receiving, inventory management, or warehouse operations.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written communication with strong grammar, clarity, and attention to detail.

• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using digital tools for documentation and communication in a remote setting.

• Work Ethic: Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage independent work efficiently.

• Availability: Approximately 30 hours per week, with the flexibility to increase to 40 hours as needed.
