LHP seeks a part-time Facilities Logistics Administrative Assistant to assist in all Facilities events, help events staff, coordinate events and summer activities schedules, and maintain storage inventory. Additional responsibilities include preparing correspondence, presentations, and forms; conducting routine inventory audits; and supporting user interface of the work order system, to name a few.
This is a part-time, non-benefited, 12-month exempt position. Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
A minimum of two years of experience in event scheduling, database management, quality control, and/or inventory management required.
Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English; bilingual Spanish speaker preferred.
