Position Summary
The Business Development Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Employer Partner Program by assisting with client recruitment, retention, and departmental operations. This position provides essential administrative, technical, and customer service support to ensure smooth daily operations within the Business Development department.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operational Support
Provide day-to-day administrative support to help the department meet its goals and objectives.
Develop monthly revenue reports using Excel.
Update departmental webpages and maintain content.
Maintain CRM and AMS data accuracy, including iMIS system entries.
Create and track Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).
Manage client discount codes, orders, and monthly invoice/revenue tracking.
Client Service Support
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or other channels.
Maintain written records of client interactions.
Assist with marketing initiatives as directed by the Business Development team.
Communicate regularly with team members to align daily tasks with departmental priorities.
Requirements:
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in office, corporate, and/or nonprofit administration.
High school diploma or GED required, associate degree preferred.
Strong communication skills for both interpersonal and virtual settings.
Ability to work effectively as part of a virtual team.
