Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the National Director, Tenant Advisory Group â“ Logistics & Industrial, as well as administrative assistance to the broader national team. This is a pivotal role that offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to one of Australia's leading real estate advisory groups. About the Role Based either in Melbourne or Sydney, this full-time position will see you support senior leadership in the delivery of advisory and transactional services to a diverse portfolio of local and global clients. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and a commitment to service excellence.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendar, email, and travel (domestic/international) for the National Director
Coordinate meetings, video calls, events, and stakeholder engagements
Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and legal documents
Support marketing campaigns, vendor reporting, and branding (including LinkedIn profiles)
Handle expenses, reporting, and general administration
Assist with research, data analysis, and document production
Skills and Experience
2+ years in a senior EA or high-level admin role
Excellent communication and time management skills
High level of discretion and attention to detail
Advanced MS Office skills
Proficiency in InDesign is essential
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
