Distribution Center Manager
Directs and coordinates activities of wholesaler’s distribution warehouse by performing the following duties. This role must demonstrate urgency, commitment and responsiveness to capitalize on opportunities with other company stakeholders and ongoing process improvements. Direct management of facility personnel including shipping, receiving, staffing, safety lead and supervisor. A focus on managing perpetual inventory and customer order accuracy while engaging with other department stakeholders is key to supporting the company’s growth, customer satisfaction and ongoing profitability. The DCM must be an effective leader and a good communicator. Additionally, this position is responsible for compliance with state and federal regulations including Drug Enforcement Agency and State
