Driver Manager
Driver Manager Position Summary: This position is for EPES Transport, Inc., a division of Penske Logistics, based in Greensboro, North Carolina. The Driver Manager will direct, coordinate, and supervise the activities of drivers to ensure productivity of both drivers and equipment. They will maintain constant communication with drivers through various communication devices with focus on driver utilization, retention, idle time, fuel compliance, and out of route miles. The Driver Manger will also focus on key metrics for company success regarding safety, hours of service, customer satisfaction (on time service), productivity and compliance with company policy, and procedure.
