Network Director, Procurement Legal Counsel (NYS Bar Admission Eligible)
Job Summary: The Network Director, Procurement Counsel will report day-to-day to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and will be responsible for supporting WMCHealth's Supply Chain and Purchasing functions by providing legal counsel and drafting and negotiating agreements. Performing a full range of complex legal activities in support of The WMCHealth Newtwork and departmental policies and procedures to ensure that the interests of the WMCHealth Network are represented and to ensure compliance with the law.
