Pharmacy Operations Manager - Central Distribution
This position will be focused on centralized operations and distribution which is based out of the system's main inpatient pharmacy. The role will focus on enteral extemporaneous cart fill, automated dispensing cabinet replenishment, non-sterile & sterile compounding, IV automation, and IV batching workflows. The manager will have direct reports in the area of supervision. Responsibilities: Monitors and oversees daily clinical operations and services of the department. Plans and prepares work schedules, prioritizes and delegates work assignments and allocates resources to meet patient care and coverage requirements.
