About the Role:
Lead the end-to-end procurement process across materials, services, and equipment, ensuring alignment with project scope and budget.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies, tender packages, and contract frameworks that meet technical and commercial requirements.
Evaluate suppliers, manage bid processes, and negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings, quality assurance, and delivery reliability.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to forecast demand, track spend, and optimize supply-chain timelines.
Ensure full compliance with C&W procurement policies, ethical standards, and local regulations while maintaining transparent vendor governance.
About You:
Bachelorâ™s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline.
7â“10 years of experience in procurement, preferably within construction, data centers, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management in fast-paced project environments.
Proven analytical and communication skills with the ability to balance technical and commercial priorities.
Proficient in procurement tools and ERP systems; experience with eRFPs, vendor onboarding, and contract management platforms preferred.
