Job Description Summary

As a Leasing Executive / Senior Leasing Executive, youâ™ll play a key role in supporting and executing industrial and logistics leasing transactions, from client prospecting and research to deal negotiation and completion. This role offers exposure to regional projects, collaboration with multinational clients, and strong growth opportunities within a global platform.

About the Role:

• Support and execute leasing transactions for industrial land, warehouses, and logistics assets across Vietnam.

• Assist in client engagement, including prospecting, preparing proposals, site inspections, and participating in negotiations under the guidance of senior team members.

• Conduct market research and data analysis, tracking leasing trends, rental rates, and industrial-park developments to support advisory and brokerage activities.

• Build and maintain relationships with developers, landlords, and tenants to expand business opportunities and strengthen Cushman & Wakefieldâ™s market network.

• Coordinate documentation and internal processes, including proposals, contracts, and transaction reporting.

• Collaborate with regional I&L teams and other service lines to ensure seamless service delivery and knowledge sharing across markets.

About You:

• Bachelorâ™s degree with 1â“5 years of experience in industrial, logistics, or commercial leasing; fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply.

• Passion for real estate and business development, with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable engaging with clients and external partners.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with market-research or CRM tools is an advantage.

• Proficiency in English required; Mandarin or other regional language skills are a plus.
