Market Analysis & Lead Generation
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential locations for industrial and logistics facilities. This includes analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and demand-supply dynamics.Â
Lead Identification:Â Identify and qualify potential land opportunities through networking, cold calling, and leveraging industry contacts (brokers, landowners, developers).Â
Networking:Â Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate ecosystem, including brokers, landowners, developers, and local authorities.Â
Client Relationship Management
Client Needs Assessment:Â Understand client requirements and objectives for land acquisition, including size, location, zoning, and development potential.Â
Relationship Building:Â Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients and partners.Â
Communication & Presentation:Â Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value proposition of the land opportunity.Â
Strategy & Reporting
Strategic Planning:Â Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.Â
Performance Tracking:Â Track and report on sales performance, lead generation, and deal closure progress.Â
Collaboration:Â Collaborate with internal teams

Background & Experience
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Business Development within Real Estate/Industrial & Logistics sector
Good understanding of Industrial market is preferred
