Inventory Control and Analysis Coordinator 3
This position is responsible for daily supply chain activities in the procedural areas to include forecasting, requisitioning, inventory control, and implant/consignment management, while utilizing lean supply chain practices. Manages case picking of supplies and collaborates with clinical staff to maintain accuracy of preference cards. Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the two bin Kanban system in procedural areas. Communicates with clinical and supply chain staff, and vendors regarding supply chain issues, including but not limited to, expiration tracking, cycle counting, annual physical inventory, par level analysis, product trials, product conversions, product discontinuations, preference card management, storage location flow and overall organization.
