Associate Director, Strategic Sourcing - BAA's and Contract Management
Scheduled Hours37.5Position SummaryDraft, review, negotiate, and finalize Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with vendors, partners, and service providers. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Procurement teams to ensure BAAs align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain a centralized repository of all executed BAAs and ensure timely renewals or amendments. Monitor regulatory changes related to HIPAA and update BAA templates and processes accordingly. Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding BAA terms, obligations, and compliance. Support audits and risk assessments by providing documentation and insights related to BAAs.
