Position SummaryThe Director of Operations reports to Senior Director of Operations and is responsible for motivating, developing, and leading a team of three direct reports and 120 indirect employees. The Director ensures all Cardinal Health operational, financial and safety procedures are followed, enabling relevant key financial performance indicators are met and operational goals are achieved. The distribution center, located in Hudson, Wisconsin is 130,000 square feet and picks, packs, and ships approximately 10 million lines and $5.8 billion in pharmaceutical products annually.
