Transportation Customer Service Representative II
Under direction, coordinates and facilitates communication between industry representatives, specific to compliance issues, through telephone contact or written correspondence with members of regulated industries and provides services to these industries consistent with the interpretation of various laws, rules and regulations administered and enforced by the Transportation Bureau of the Illinois Commerce Commission.
