Associate Director of Site Visit and Volunteer Logistics
Description The purpose of this position is to work with the Director of Site Visit Operations to manage the day-to-day activities and logistics involved in accreditation site visits, including the management of the site visitor pool of volunteers. Responsibilities Manage volunteer and site visitor travel logistics, including expense reports. Recommend and independently implement process improvement methods for site visit coordination. Coordinate and manage site visit scheduling, draft and distribute correspondence, provide instruction and resources for site visit preparation, and provide technical and interpretive guidance, working directly with site visitors and academic faculty.
