Job DescriptionUnder direct supervision from the Administrative Services Manager, manages and organizes department/division equipment ensuring efficient allocation, maintenance, and tracking, often coordinating with various departments and vendors to meet operational needs. Orders supplies, equipment and services for department and divisional operations. Serves as fleet manager and liaisons with the Transportation and Traffic Management department for department and divisional vehicles. Arranges for the repair, maintenance, and cleaning of department and divisional vehicles. Maintains department and divisional vehicle records.
