Supervisor - Logistics (HS)
POSITION SUMMARYUnder the general direction of the Logistics Manager and Director, directly supervises the execution of a coordinated lean supply support system that operates efficiently and meets the needs of the clinical areas within The James and OSUMC designated areas. Supervises the daily transaction of the Departments operations by managing the order, receipt, storage and distribution of supplies, correspondence and equipment. Maintains processes and workflows to ensure accurate and timely delivery of supplies and equipment to units throughout the Health System. Manage various employees within the Materials and Equipment Management Team. Evaluates and counsels staff in job performance via the Buckeye Performance tool.
