Senior Supply Chain Supervisor
Position Summary: Provide operational leadership to a team of salaried supervisors and hourly workforce to ensure the execution of daily tasks and activities including parts follow-up, supplier management, customer service operations in a manner consistent with company services and objectives. Supervises most processes which directly impact our team and customer. Responsible for making corrective action and disciplinary decisions up to written warning level. Involved in the hiring process and customer meetings. Reviews and drives account specific KPI?s based on parts follow-up requirements.
