Supply Chain Supervisor
Position Summary: Responsible for supervising and leading a team focused on operational activity including material follow-up, supplier compliance, and customer escalation. Supervises hourly associates and is responsible for performance management and first point of escalation. Actively involved in the hiring process as well as customer interactions. Responsible for reporting out KPI?s that drive the business based on customer requirements. Partners with team of hourly associates to develop processes that exceed customers day-to-day expectations.
