Lead Supply Chain Coordinator
Position Summary: Responsible for executing and coordinating a team focused on operational activity including material follow-up, supplier compliance, and customer escalation. Actively involved in escalation, root causing, as well as customer interactions. Responsible for driving KPI?s that highlight the business and areas of focus. Partners with team of hourly associates to lead processes that exceed customers day-to-day expectations. Actively looks for continuous improvement opportunities to streamline the teams? daily processes and activities. This position is located at the Penske facility in Dearborn, MI.
