BOS Procurement Operations (Manager)
The work location is based at Tampines. The BOS Procurement Operations Team is looking for an energetic and highly motivated member to join our group. Serving the BOS Singapore Operations & Technology Department, the team member will be responsible for handling, reviewing and processing procurement and vendor related requests from Project Managers and Users from the group. Duties and Responsibilities: - Liaise closely with Project Managers, Users and Stakeholders to review and prepare sourcing documents such as Statements of Work, Purchase Requisitions and Vendor Management Forms. - To receive and process all requests such as Purchase Requisitions, Vendor Management requests and any other ad-hoc requests from stakeholders.
