Transportation Sourcing Specialist (Job Number: 2212871 ) This position can be based out of Dearborn MI, Reading PA, Beachwood OH, or Duluth GA Position Summary: Primary responsibilities include purchasing transportation services from motor carriers, managing transportation provider performance, and ensuring transportation providers maintain Penske's minimum compliance standards. Responsible to document and understand customers' transportation requirements, develop RFQ's, identify and engage carriers, and negotiate the best rates and service possible for Penske's customers.
