Kelly Science & Clinical is currently seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Specialist for a long-term engagement with one of our Global Med Device clients out of Jacksonville, FL

This person will join our Kelly FSP (Functional Service Provider) division, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc. Job Goal: Manages Clinical Supply Chain for Vision by forecasting shipment needs.
Responsibilities: Management of Clinical Supply Chain, including forecasting of clinical supply needs, supply orders, and inventory accountability. Work closely with Clinical Study teams to ensure supply needs are met in accordance to the study protocol and study team needs. Obtain and file clinical study documentation in relation to investigational product supplies Work to ensure that trials are adhere to study protocols, applicable SOPs, FDA regulations, International Conference for Harmonization (ICH) / Good Clinical Practices (GCP) guidelines, and government regulations. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications: Bachelor degree or equivalent with years of experience 1+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, preferably in a medical device or pharmaceutical regulated industry. Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts and practices of clinical research procedures and Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Prefer broad understanding of global supply chain. Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Broad based technical knowledge and skills in diverse areas of business (e.g., R&D, Operations, QA, regulatory, project management, etc.). Some lead or supervisory experience Can lead own projects & work independently
